Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to boost productivity and efficiency.
  • Assist in compiling and sending out sales proposals, quotes, and contract details accurately.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are resolved.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and track sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to assist in strategic planning and target achievement.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve sales support processes and customer interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support or an administrative role is highly advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
