We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and corporate finance. As a Finance Intern, you will work closely with our finance professionals, gaining insight into the industry and contributing to real-world projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
- Conduct financial research and prepare presentations for internal and external stakeholders
- Participate in the month-end close process and contribute to account reconciliations
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting
- Perform data entry for finance-related records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Scan and organize financial documents and files to maintain organized digital records
- Provide support on special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed
Requirements
- Recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
